"The Snow Field" Graveyard Skirt Review

 I recently purchased this skirt from "The Snow Field"s etsy store after being completely enchanted by the graveyard print. I love graveyard prints, and am considering starting a collection of that ilk. This is my first purchase towards that!
The Snow Field seems relatively new, or at least, there wasn't much information on their clothing. Regardless, I placed my order. This skirt cost only $95, is hand made, and immaculately detailed. Shipping time from US to UK was only a couple of weeks.

Overall, a completely positive experience.

August Meetup at Kelvingrove Art Gallery

  • There is an Urban Legend about the gallery, that it was actually built back-to front, and what was supposed to be the front of the building is facing the wrong way. Because of this mistake, the architect that designed the building killed himself. As far as I know, it's not actually true... but it might be. Who knows?

Styles for Short-Haired Lolitas

My latest Vlog deals with a question that comes up regularly on the EGL community;
"How do I wear short hair with Lolita?"
 A lot of the time, the answer is "wear a wig" or "wear a hat". These ARE cute options, but there's styles for short hair. Here's some that I like to do. I realise my hair has grown out a lot (to almost shoulder length..eek), but these styles will still work with bobbed and ear-length hair too!
